abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Sistem Kearsipan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan exsplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah 57 pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kearsipan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Ciamis. Dengan demikian Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan Sistem Kearsipan.;---
This study aims to analyze the effect of the filing system on the quality of employee service performance. The research method uses explanatory survey. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Respondents were 57 employees in the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Ciamis Regency. The data analysis technique uses simple regression. The results of the study show that the filing system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee services at the Human Resources and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDM) of Ciamis Regency. Thus the quality of employee services can be improved through improving the filing system.
