abstract: Desa merupakan kesatuan wilayah yang dihuni oleh sejumlah keluarga yang mempunyai sistem pemerintahan sendiri memiliki peranan penting sebagai penggerak kemajuan masyarakat Indonesia. Alokasi dana desa yang diperuntukkan bagi pembangunan desa dapat menjadi motor penggerak dengan melibatkan peran serta masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran partisipasi warga negara dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan desa sebagai wujud dari alokasi dana desa. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa implementasi serta alokasi dana desa telah digunakan sebaik-baiknya guna pembangunan desa. Melalui musyawarah desa, pemerintah desa menampung setiap aspirasi masyarakat dalam penentuan prioritas pembangunan desa. Dengan begitu, pemerintah desa telah melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap pembangunan desa guna terciptanya partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan yang diadakan oleh desa.
The village is the unity of the territory inhabited by a number of families who had their own system of Government has a vital role as the driving force of progress of Indonesia society. The allocation of funds earmarked for the construction of the village that the village can be its driving force by involving community participation. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the participation of citizens in the implementation of the development of the village as a manifestation of the allocation of funds. The approach in this study using qualitative descriptive approach to techniques of data collection through interviews, observation and study of documentation. As for the results from this research that the implementation as well as the allocation of the funds has been used to guard the village development the village. Through the conference village, the village government accommodate every aspiration of the community in determining the priority of the the village development. In doing so, the Government has involved village communities in any development to the creation of participles
