Dibawah bimbingan Budhi Pamungkas Gautama, SE., M.Sc. dan Netti Siska Nurhayati, SE., MM.\r\n\tPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh turunnya nilai perusahaan yang terjadi pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate dan Kontruksi Bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Keputusan Investasi dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Total Asset Growth (TAG), gambaran Keputusan Pendanaan dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan gambaran Nilai Perusahaan dengan alat ukur indikatornya yaitu Price Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi dan Keputusan Pendanaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sektor Properti, Real Estate dan Kontruksi Bangunan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi data panel, uji keberartian regresi, dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder TAG, DER, dan PBV pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate dan Kontruksi Bangunan Periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan TAG mengalami fluktuasi cenderung menurun, perkembangan DER mengalami fluktuasi cenderung menurun, dan perkembangan PBV mengalami fluktuasi cenderung menurun. Hasil penelitian ini juga nmenunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Investasi (TAG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Keputusan Pendanaan (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Properti, Real Estate dan Kontruksi Bangunan.\r\nKata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Nilai Perusahaan, Total Asset Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Book Value.\r\n\r\nNada Kirana Octavia, 1501225. This research aims to know the description of Investment Decisions with a measuring indicators that is Total Asset Growth (TAG), description of Funding Decisions with measuring indicators that is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and description Company Value with a measuring indicator that is Price Book Value (PBV) . This research also aims to determine how much influence of investment decisions and funding decisions on company value in the property, real estate and building construction sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. The method used in this research is descriptive and verificative by using hypothesis testing. The analysis tools used include panel data regression analysis, test of significance of regression, and test the significance of regression coefficient. The data used are secondary data of TAG, DER, and PBV in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector for the 2013-2017 period.\r\nThe results of this research indicate that the development of TAG has fluctuations tend to decline, the development of DER has fluctuations tend to decline, and the development of PBV has fluctuations tend to decline.
