abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya meningkatkan waktu aktif belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bola voli siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Plered. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi 2 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9.10.17.24.28 November 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (clas room action research). Desain PTK dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yang berupa siklus, meliputi : (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan (observasi), dan (4) refleksi. Keempat tahap tersebut merupakan suatu putaran yang disebut siklus. Hasil dari penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanaan menunjukan peningkatan dari setiap siklusnya. Persentase menunjukan pada siklus I sebesar 56,25% (kurang). Pada siklus I ini menunjukan peningkatan terhadap waktu aktif belajar siswa, tetapi belum mencapai target yang diinginkan sehingga siklus dilanjutkan ke siklus II. Persentase menunjukan pada siklus II sebesar 80% (tinggi). Pada siklus II ini menunjukan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan sehingga sudah mencapai target yang diinginkan yaitu 80% dengan kategori tinggi. Oleh karena itu penelitian dihentikan sampai pada siklus II tindakan II. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian pendekatan taktis dapat meningkatkan jumlah waktu aktif belajar (JWAB). Sebagai saran pada proses pembelajaran bola voli sebaiknya menggunakan pendekatan taktis.;---This study aims to find out how to improve the active time of student learning in student volleyball in SMK Negeri 1 Plered. This research uses classroom action method. Object in this research is student of class XII Accounting 2 which amounts to 30 students which conducted on date 9.10.17.24.28 November 2017. The method used in this research is class action research (clas room action research). The design of PTK is carried out through several stages in the form of cycles, including: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation (observation), and (4) reflection. The four stages are a cycle called cycle. The results of the classroom action research that was performed showed an improvement of each cycle. Percentage showed in the first cycle of 56.25% (less). In this cycle I showed an increase on the active time of student learning, but has not reached the desired target so that the cycle continues to cycle II. The percentage shows in the second cycle of 80% (high). In the second cycle shows a significant increase so it has reached the desired target of 80% with high category. Therefore the study was stopped until the second cycle of action II. The conclusion of research result of tactical approach can increase the amount of active study time (JWAB). As a suggestion on the process of learning volleyball should use a tactical approach.
