abstract: Penelitian ini berjudul “Perwujudan Prinsip Kesantunan Leech dalam
Kolom Komentar di Saluran Vlog Awkarin”. Adapun permasalah yang
dibahas dalam penelitian ini antara lain (1) bagaimana bentuk tindak tutur
ilokusi dalam kolom komentar di saluran vlog Awkarin, (2) bagaimana
wujud pematuhan prinsip kesantunan Leech yang terdapat dalam kolom
komentar di saluran vlog Awkarin, dan (3) bagaimana wujud pelanggaran
prinsip kesantunan Leech yang terdapat dalam kolom komentar di saluran
vlog Awkarin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan pragmatik. Sumber data penelitian
ini diperoleh dari media sosial youtube berupa tuturan yang ditulis di
kolom komentar di saluran vlog Awkarin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan yaitu dengan teknik dokumentasi. Data yang dianalisis pada
penelitian ini sebanyak 30 data tuturan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa hanya terdapat 3 jenis tindak tutur ilokusi, yakni
asertif, direktif, dan ekspresif. Selain itu, wujud prinsip kesantunan dalam
penelitian ini didominasi oleh pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan. Adapun
pelanggaran yang dilakukan meliputi maksim pujian, maksim kearifan,
dan maksim kedermawanan. Pelanggaran yang paling mendominasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah pelanggaran maksim pujian yakni dengan cara
mengejek dan mengecam lawan tutur. ---------The study was entitled "The Realization Of The Politness Principle Of Leech In
The Comment Column Of Awkarin Vlog Channel". The problems discussed in this
study include (1) how’s the form of ilocution speech acts in the comment column
on Awkarin's vlog, (2) how is the form of compliance with Leech's politeness
principle contained in the comment column on Awkarin's vlog, and (3) how is the
form of Leech's politeness principle violation contained in the comment column on
Awkarin's vlog. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method
with pragmatic approach. The source of this research data obtained from youtube
in the form of speech written in the comment column on Awkarin’s Vlog. Data
collection techniques used are with documentation techniques. The data analyzed
in this research are 30 datas of speech. The final results of this study indicate that
there are 3 types of illocution speech acts, namely assertive, directive, and
expressive. In addition, the politeness principle in this research is dominated by
violations of the politeness principle. The offenses include maxim of praise,
maxim of wisdom, and maxim of generosity. The most dominant violation in this
study is the maximal abuse of praise by mocking and criticizing the opponent.
