"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya percaya diri siswa yang terjadi pada\r\nsiswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya yaitu kegiatan\r\npembelajaran guru kurang memberikan stimulus untuk meningkatkan percaya diri\r\nsiswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mencoba memperbaiki proses\r\nkegiatan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan percaya diri siswa melalui penerapan\r\npembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS). Partisipan dalam\r\npenelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV (empat) di salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Kota\r\nBandung, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 19 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam\r\npenelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang mengadaptasi model Kemmis\r\ndan Taggart, yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan\r\nrefleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan\r\npada penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi guru dan siswa, lembar indikator\r\nkemampuan percaya diri dan lembar kerja siswa untuk mengukur peningkatan\r\npercaya diri siswa. Terdapat peningkatan percaya diri siswa setelah proses\r\npelaksanaan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS).\r\nHal ini diindikasikan dari meningkatnya aspek kognitif, emosional positif dan\r\nperformance. Aspek kognitif pada siklus I sebesar 58% dan pada siklus II mencapai\r\n88%. Aspek emosional positif pada siklus I sebesar 59% dan pada siklus II\r\nmencapai 90%. Aspek performance pada siklus I sebesar 70% dan pada siklus II\r\nmencapai 93%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa\r\npenerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) dapat\r\nmeningkatkan percaya diri siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.----------This research was motivated by the low confidence of fourth grader in elementary\r\nschool. One of the contributing factors was teacher that giving less stimulus to\r\nimprove the students' self confidence in learning activity. Thus, this research aimed\r\nto improve the process in learning activity to improve students’ self-confidence\r\nthrough cooperative learning by using Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) type. The\r\nparticipant of this research were 19 students of the fourth grader in one of\r\nElementary School in Bandung. The research method used in this research was\r\nClassroom Action Research by using Spiral model by Kemmis and Mc.Taggart that\r\nconsists of planning, action, observation, and reflection.This research conducted\r\nthrough two cycles. Instruments used in this study were teacher and student\r\nobservation sheets, indicator sheets of self-confidence skill, and student worksheets\r\nto measure students' self-confidence. There is an improvement in students'\r\nconfidence after the implementation of cooperative learning by using Two Stay Two\r\nStray (TS-TS). The research achievement is seen from the improvement of\r\ncognitive, positive emotional, and performance aspect. The cognitive aspect in the\r\nfirst cycle reached 58% and on the second cycle reached 88%. Positive emotional\r\naspects in the first cycle reached 59% and on the second cycle reached 90%.\r\nPerformance in the first cycle reached 70% and in the second cycle reached 93%.\r\nBased on the results, this study can be concluded that the implementation of\r\ncooperative learning by using Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) can improve students'\r\nconfidence of fourth grader in elementary school."^^ .
