abstract: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penurunan pendapatan yang dihadapi oleh pedagang sentra oleh-oleh khas Kota Bandung selama beberapa bulan terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja dan persaingan terhadap pendapatan pedagang sentra oleh-oleh khas Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian  ini yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu pedagang sentra oleh-oleh khas Kota Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Dalam analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 21.00 for Windows. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel modal kerja dan persaingan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan.
This research is urged by the decrease of income faced by sellers at Bandung Souvenirs Centre in the recent months. The aim of this research is to know the effect of working capital and competition to the income of sellers at Bandung Souvenirs Centre.The object of this research is the sellers at Bandung Souvenirs Centre with 54 people as the sample. Explanatory survey method is employed in this research by using questionnaire as data collection tools and double linier regression is employed as the technique. The data are analyzed quantitatively by using a program called SPSS 21.00 for Windows.According to the data analyzed, both simultaneously and partially, the variables of working capital and competition give positive and significant effect to the income of sellers at Bandung Souvenirs Centre.
