Johar Permana, II. Aan Komariah. abstract: Penelitian ini didasarkan atas permasalahan pencapaian kinerja sekolah yang belum optimal di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi fokus permasalahannya adalah bagaimana peran kepemimpinan autentik dan partisipasi guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dapat dilaksanakan dengan optimal demi ketercapaian kinerja sekolah yang baik sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 74 sekolah yang terakreditasi A di Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 74 Kepala Sekolah dan 148 Guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan, yaitu pertama, kepemimpinan autentik mempengaruhi kinerja Sekolah Dasar sebesar 55,1%. Kedua, partisipasi guru dalam pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Sekolah Dasar sebesar 59,7%. Ketiga, kepemimpinan autentik dan partisipasi guru dalam pengambilan keputusan mempengaruhi kinerja Sekolah Dasar sebesar 67,6%, sedangkan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Autentik dan Partisipasi Guru dalam pengambilan Keputusan memberikan pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah diupayakan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, memimpin sekolah dengan penuh tujuan, makna dan nilai serta secara konsisten dan disiplin dapat mengembangkan sekolah. Kepala sekolah pun diupayakan mampu menciptakan iklim yang kondusif melalui pemberdayaan partisipasi guru dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan. Melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang memiliki dedikasi tinggi serta guru yang mempunyai rasa memiliki yang tinggi terhadap sekolah, tentunya akan mampu menciptakan kinerja sekolah yang optimal. ;--- The research was present based on school performance achievement problems that has not been optimal in Sukabumi district. In this research that became the focus of the issue is how authentic leadership roles and participation of teachers in decision-making can be carried out with optimal for the sake of achieving a good school performance in accordance with national standards of education. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach.This research was conduct to some school with accredited A in Sukabumi, that is 74 school, consist of 74 school principals and 148 teachers. Based of research results, the conclusion is first, authentic leadership affect the primary school performance of the value of 55.1%. Second, the participation of teachers in decision-making influence on the primary school performance of the value of 59.7%. Third, authentic leadership and teacher participation in decision-making affecting the primary school performance of the value of 67.6%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The results showed that Authentic Leadership and participation of teachers in decision-making provides simultaneous and significant influence on elementary school performance in Sukabumi district. Recommendations from this research that is the principal strived to improve the quality of service, leading the school with full purpose, meaning and value as well as consistently and discipline can develop of the school. Any school principal strived to create a conducive climate through empowerment of teacher participation in any decision-making.
