N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecepatan penyesuaian struktur modal perusahaan pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia beserta faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi kecepatan tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal sementara variabel pertumbuhan aset dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif. Sedangkan struktur aktiva tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Untuk speed of adjustment, variabel pertumbuhan aset memberikan kontribusi paling besar dari variabel lainnya.;---This study aimed to determine the speed of adjustment of capital structure at agricultural listed companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange, and the factors that affect the speed. This study is quantitative research, and the hypothesis test used SPSS 22 for Window?s to analysis the multiple linear regresion. The results showed that the profitability indicated negative impact on the capital structure. The asset growth and firm size positifly associated. As for the  asset structure has no effect on the capital structure.  The most contributed variabel is asset grwoth for speed of adjustment.
