Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan cross sectional. Total sampel berjumlah 128 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur dukungan keluarga serta Tingkat keberhasilan Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis (TPT). Untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel, digunakan uji statistik Spearman Rho. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rho memperoleh nilai r hitung sebesar 0,687 dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,001. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan kuat antara dukungan keluarga dan keberhasilan terapi pencegahan tuberkulosis (TPT). Hubungan ini juga berarah positif, artinya semakin baik dukungan keluarga, semakin tinggi keberhasilan Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis (TPT). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan keluarga dan keberhasilan terapi pencegahan tuberkulosis (TPT) di Kabupaten Sumedang. Semakin optimal dukungan yang diberikan keluarga, maka semakin tinggi pula Tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan terapi pencegahan tuberkulosis (TPT).    Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis remains a fatal infectious disease transmitted through airborne droplets, making Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT) an essential intervention, particularly for individuals who have close contact with active tuberculosis patients. The success of TPT implementation is strongly influenced by family support in helping patients adhere to all recommended preventive measures. The purpose of this research to analyze the relationship between family support and the success of tuberculosis preventive therapy (TPT) medication administration in the Sumedang District. This study employed a descriptive correlational quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional design. A total of 128 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring family support and the level of success in Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT). The Spearman Rho statistical test was used to analyze the relationship between variables. The Spearman Rho correlation test produced a calculated r value of 0.687 with a significance level of <0.001. This result indicates a strong and positive relationship between family support and the success of tuberculosis preventive therapy (TPT). A positive correlation signifies that better family support is associated with higher success in Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy. There is a significant relationship between family support and the success of tuberculosis preventive therapy (TPT) in Sumedang District. The more optimal the support provided by families, the higher the level of success in implementing Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT).
