Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui tingkat literasi gizi ibu dalam keluarga terkait lima indikator Kadarzi, yaitu penimbangan berat badan, pemberian ASI eksklusif, keanekaragaman makanan, penggunaan garam beryodium, dan konsumsi suplemen gizi sesuai anjuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan responden 110 ibu yang memiliki balita. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner berisi 25 soal pilihan ganda melalui Google Form, dengan analisis data univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi gizi ibu berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 71,7%. Responden memiliki pemahaman yang memadai terhadap seluruh indikator Kadarzi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi gizi ibu dalam keluarga di Kota Bandung tergolong baik, namun edukasi, pendampingan, dan dukungan berkelanjutan tetap diperlukan agar penerapan Kadarzi lebih optimal dalam praktik sehari-hari. ABSTRACT The high prevalence of nutritional problems among children in Bandung City and the suboptimal implementation of Keluarga sadar Gizi (Kadarzi) behaviors prompted this study. The aim was to determine the level of mothers’ nutritional literacy related to five Kadarzi indicators: regular weight monitoring, exclusive breastfeeding, dietary diversity, iodized salt use, and consumption of nutritional supplements as recommended. This research used a descriptive quantitative method with 110 mothers of toddlers as respondents. The instrument was a questionnaire of 25 multiple-choice questions distributed via Google Form, and the data were analyzed univariately using frequency distribution and percentage. The results showed that mothers’ nutritional literacy was categorized as good, with an average score of 71,7%. Respondents demonstrated adequate understanding across all Kadarzi indicators.
