Self-efficacy merupakan faktor psikologis penting yang berperan dalam membantu mahasiswa mengelola tekanan evaluatif tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self-efficacy dan performance anxiety pada mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Sumedang saat menghadapi OSCE. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional dan rancangan cross-sectional, melibatkan 54 mahasiswa Program Profesi Ners Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Sumedang yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) dan Westside Test Anxiety Scale (WTAS) yang telah terbukti valid dan reliabel, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat self-efficacy tinggi (55.56%), sementara performance anxiety berada pada kategori cukup tinggi (51.85%). Uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan performance anxiety dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = -0.413 dan p = 0.002. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi self-efficacy mahasiswa, semakin rendah performance anxiety yang dialami saat menghadapi OSCE, sehingga penguatan self-efficacy menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mental dan performa mahasiswa pada evaluasi klinik terstandar. Nursing students at the University of Education Indonesia, Sumedang Campus, often experience performance anxiety when facing the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), which demands simultaneous cognitive, psychomotor, and mental readiness. Self-efficacy is an important psychological factor that plays a role in helping students manage this evaluative pressure. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and performance anxiety in nursing students at the University of Education Indonesia, Sumedang Campus, when facing the OSCE. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional design, involving 54 students of the Nursing Profession Program, University of Education Indonesia, Sumedang Campus, selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Westside Test Anxiety Scale (WTAS) which have been proven valid and reliable, then analyzed using the Spearman's rho correlation test. The results showed that most respondents had a high level of self-efficacy (55.56%), while performance anxiety was in the moderately high category (51.85%). The correlation test showed a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and performance anxiety with a correlation coefficient value of r = -0.413 and p = 0.002.
