Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional, melibatkan 394 responden perempuan korban kekerasan pacaran yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran kelekatan dewasa dilakukan menggunakan instrumen Attachment Style Questionnaire yang diadaptasi oleh Fitriani & Fitria berdasarkan teori Bartholomew & Horowitz. Sementara itu, kecenderungan sindrom Stockholm diukur dengan instrumen Stockholm Syndrome Scale yang diadaptasi oleh Gresia dengan merujuk pada teori Graham. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman rho melalui SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh jenis kelekatan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kecenderungan mengalami sindrom Stockholm, dengan arah positif pada kelekatan aman, takut, dan cemas, serta arah negatif pada kelekatan menghindar. Namun demikian, nilai korelasinya berada pada kategori rendah hingga sangat rendah, sehingga kelekatan dewasa belum dapat dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi kecenderungan sindrom Stockholm pada perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran. The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between adult attachment styles and the tendency to experience Stockholm syndrome among female victims of dating violence. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consists of 394 respondents who are female victims of dating violence, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study include the Attachment Style Questionnaire adapted by Fitriani & Fitria based on Bartholomew & Horowitz’s attachment theory, and the Stockholm Syndrome Scale adapted by Gresia referring to Graham’s theoretical framework. The collected data were analyzed using Spearman’s rho correlation test through SPSS version 27. The results indicate that all four attachment styles have a significant relationship with the tendency to experience Stockholm syndrome. Secure, fearful, and anxious attachment show positive correlations, while avoidant attachment shows a negative correlation.
