Sampel penelitian mencakup 112 kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa dan Provinsi Bali. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan Dinas Penanaman Modal di masing-masing daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah wisatawan, jumlah investasi, pajak daerah, dan retribusi daerah masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Selain itu, secara simultan keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Pajak daerah memberikan kontribusi paling dominan terhadap PAD dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 65,13 persen dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,490. Selanjutnya, jumlah investasi memiliki kontribusi sebesar 64,10 persen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,014, jumlah wisatawan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 26,70 persen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,069, sedangkan retribusi daerah memiliki kontribusi paling kecil yaitu sebesar 7,47 persen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,112. Hasil koefisien determinasi simultan menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memiliki kemampuan prediksi sebesar 80,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian. Kata Kunci: Wisatawan, Investasi, Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah, Pendapatan Asli Daerah This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of tourists, investment, local taxes, and local retributions on Regional Original Revenue (ROR) using the agency theory approach. The research sample consists of 112 regencies/cities in Java Island and Bali Province. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Statistics Indonesia (BPS), and the Regional Investment Agencies. This study employs a descriptive quantitative associative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results show that the number of tourists, investment, local taxes, and local retributions each have a positive effect on Regional Original Revenue. Furthermore, simultaneously, these four variables have a significant effect on Regional Original Revenue. Local taxes provide the most dominant contribution to Regional Original Revenue, with a contribution value of 65.13 percent and a regression coefficient of 0.490. This is followed by investment, which contributes 64.10 percent with a regression coefficient of 0.014, the number of tourists contributing 26.70 percent with a regression coefficient of 0.069, and local retributions showing the smallest contribution of 7.47 percent with a regression coefficient of 0.112. The simultaneous coefficient of determination indicates that the research model has a predictive capability of 80.8 percent, while the remaining 19.2 percent is influenced by other variables outside the research model.
