Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya keterampilan abad ke-21, khususnya kolaborasi, yang masih tergolong rendah pada siswa kelas XI. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 72 siswa kelas XI, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen XI F6 yang menerima pembelajaran menggunakan model PjBL dan kelas kontrol XI F7 yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes keterampilan kolaboratif, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, di mana rata-rata skor kolaborasi kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi secara bermakna setelah penerapan PjBL. Model PjBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif siswa karena menuntut kerja sama, pembagian peran yang jelas, komunikasi efektif, serta penyelesaian proyek berbasis masalah nyata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PjBL relevan digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Pancasila, karena tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan sosial yang esensial bagi kesiapan siswa menghadapi tantangan global. Kata Kunci: Project Based Learning, keterampilan kolaboratif, Pendidikan Pancasila, pembelajaran abad ke-21 ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on students’ collaborative skills in Pancasila Education at MA Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. The research was motivated by the need to develop 21st-century skills, particularly collaboration, which was found to be relatively low among eleventh-grade students. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The participants consisted of 72 students, divided into two groups: class XI F6 as the experimental group receiving PjBL and class XI F7 as the control group receiving conventional instruction. Research instruments included a collaborative skills test, observation sheets, and documentation. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and t-tests to examine differences between the groups. The results indicated a significant difference in collaborative skill scores, with the experimental group achieving notably higher averages after the implementation of PjBL. The model effectively enhanced collaboration by fostering teamwork, clear role distribution, effective communication, and the completion of real-world problem-based projects. This study concludes that PjBL is a relevant instructional strategy in Pancasila Education, as it not only improves cognitive learning outcomes but also strengthens essential social skills needed to prepare students for global challenges.
