Pendidikan kesehatan berperan penting dalam pencegahan anemia, namun efektivitasnya dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik media yang digunakan. Video animasi menyampaikan pesan melalui rangsangan audiovisual, sedangkan kalender edukatif menyajikan informasi visual yang memungkinkan paparan berulang dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan: Menganalisis perbedaan efektivitas media video animasi dan kalender edukatif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri mengenai konsumsi TTD. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan rancangan dua kelompok pretest–posttest. Sebanyak 68 siswi kelas XI di SMAN 1 Sumedang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Intervensi pendidikan kesehatan diberikan satu kali. Kelompok video animasi memperoleh materi melalui pemutaran satu video edukasi berdurasi ±7 menit, sedangkan kelompok kalender edukatif menerima satu kalender edukasi yang dapat dilihat secara mandiri selama dua minggu. Pengetahuan dan sikap diukur menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji berpasangan dan uji independen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil: Skor pengetahuan pada kelompok video animasi meningkat dari 10,35 menjadi 10,71, namun tidak signifikan (p = 0,158). Kelompok kalender edukatif menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan dari 10,26 menjadi 11,00 (p < 0,001). Skor sikap pada kedua kelompok meningkat secara signifikan (p < 0,001). Analisis antar kelompok menunjukkan bahwa perubahan pengetahuan (p = 0,067) dan sikap (p = 0,088) tidak berbeda secara bermakna. Kesimpulan: Perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap setelah pendidikan kesehatan tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik antara kedua kelompok. Health education is essential for anemia prevention, yet its effectiveness depends on the characteristics of the educational media used. Animated videos deliver information through audiovisual stimulation, while educational calendars provide visual messages that allow repeated and continuous exposure. Purpose: To analyze the differences in the effectiveness of animated video media and educational calendars on improving the knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls regarding iron supplementation. Methods: This quasi-experimental study employed a two-group pretest–posttest design. A total of 68 eleventh-grade female students at SMAN 1 Sumedang were allocated into two groups using proportional stratified random sampling. Health education was delivered once to each group. The animated video group received a single educational video lasting approximately 7 minutes, while the educational calendar group received one educational calendar that could be viewed independently for two weeks. Knowledge and attitudes were measured using validated questionnaires before and after the intervention. Data analysis used paired tests and independent tests with a significance level of 0.05. Results: Knowledge scores in the animated video group increased from 10.35 to 10.71 but were not statistically significant (p = 0.158). The educational calendar group showed a significant increase in knowledge from 10.26 to 11.00 (p < 0.001). Attitude scores significantly improved in both groups (p < 0.001). Between-group analysis showed no significant differences in changes in knowledge (p = 0.067) or attitudes (p = 0.088).
