Setiap peserta didik diharapkan mampu mengikuti pelajaran dengan perhatian penuh dan mematuhi aturan kelas. Tetapi, kondisi di lapangannya masih banyak ditemukan peserta didik yang menunjukkan perilaku mondar-mandir dikelas, mengganggu teman, dan kesulitan fokus dalam waktu lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan memaparkan tingkat perkembangan kognitif, sosial dan emosional serta faktor penyebab terhadap peserta didik sekolah dasar yang mengalami Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan oleh peneliti bahwa peserta didik N dengan gejala ADHD mengalami hambatan kogntitif pada fokus, memori kerja, dan penyelesaian tugas. Namun, menunjukkan hambatan membaca dan berhitung berkat dukungan pendidik dan lingkungan. Secara sosial-emosional, peserta didik N ini ramah dan senang bergaul, tetapi, masih impulsif dan mudah terdistraksi oleh rangsangan luar. Faktor genetik, risiko, lingkungan serta pola makan memengaruhi kondisinya. This research is motivated by the ideal situation where the learning process in elementary schools should be conducive, orderly, and focused. Every student is expected to be able to follow lessons with full attention and obey class rules. However, in practice, many students still exhibit behaviors such as pacing in class, disturbing friends, and having difficulty focusing for long periods. This study aims to explore and describe the level of cognitive, social, and emotional development and the causal factors of elementary school students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This research method uses a phenomenological study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be concluded by the researcher that student N with ADHD symptoms experiences cognitive impairments in focus, working memory, and task completion. However, he shows difficulties in reading and arithmetic thanks to the support of educators and the environment. Socially and emotionally, student N is friendly and sociable, but still impulsive and easily distracted by external stimuli.
