Meskipun angklung memiliki banyak manfaat jika digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, namun penggunaannya di kelas masih belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi guru sekolah dasar terhadap penggunaan media angklung dalam pembelajaran seni musik di Kecamatan Cidahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan desain konvergen. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui angket dari 123 guru dan data kualitatif digali melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur. Persepsi guru difokuskan pada tiga aspek: kognitif, afektif, dan konatif. Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan persepsi guru secara keseluruhan tergolong baik (70%). Persepsi guru dalam aspek kognitif tergolong baik (68%). Persepsi guru dalam aspek afektif tergolong baik (85%), namun temuan kualitatif mengungkap adanya konflik internal berupa keraguan guru karena keterbatasan kompetensi. Persepsi guru dalam aspek konatif tergolong baik (52%), namun temuan kualitatif mengungkap praktik penggunaan angklung di kelas masih sangat rendah, yang sangat kontras dengan motivasi yang sangat tinggi untuk mengikuti pelatihan. Kesimpulannya, terdapat kesenjangan besar antara keyakinan positif guru dengan praktik nyata di kelas. Hambatan utamanya yaitu kurangnya rasa percaya diri dan kompetensi guru. Tingginya minat terhadap pelatihan mengindikasikan adanya potensi besar untuk meningkatkan implementasi angklung jika didukung program pengembangan profesional yang tepat. This research is motivated by the gap between the ideal potential of angklung as a learning medium and its practical application in elementary school music education. Despite its numerous benefits, the use of angklung in the classroom remains suboptimal. This study aims to determine the perception level of elementary school teachers regarding the use of angklung media in music arts learning in the Cidahu District. A mixed-method approach with a convergent design was employed. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires administered to 123 teachers, while qualitative data were gathered through semi-structured interviews. Teacher perception was analyzed through three aspects: cognitive, affective, and conative. The main results indicate that the overall teacher perception is categorized as good (70%). Teacher perception is good in the cognitive aspect (68%) and also in the affective aspect (85%); however, qualitative findings reveal an internal conflict of self-doubt due to limited competence. In the conative aspect, perception is categorized as good (52%), yet qualitative findings show that the actual classroom practice of using angklung is very low, contrasting sharply with a high motivation to attend training. In conclusion, a significant gap exists between teachers' positive beliefs and their classroom practices. The primary obstacles are a lack of self-confidence and competence.
