%X Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol di Indonesia menuntut metode konstruksi yang efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya. Salah satu pekerjaan utama pada pembangunan jembatan tol adalah erection Presstressed Concrete I - Girder, yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan berbagai metode alat berat, di antaranya Crawler Crane dan Launcher Gantry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kedua metode tersebut pada proyek Jalan Tol Jakarta–Cikampek II Selatan Paket 3, Jembatan Cibeet STA 32+200, ditinjau dari aspek durasi pengerjaan dan biaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis komparatif berdasarkan data lapangan, meliputi pengamatan waktu siklus (cycle time), produktivitas alat, dan perhitungan biaya sesuai Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Bina Marga 2024. Lingkup analisis difokuskan pada pekerjaan erection PCI girder tanpa mempertimbangkan desain struktur atau kondisi geoteknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa durasi erection 1 span (9 girder) dengan Launcher Gantry adalah ±0,95 hari, sedangkan dengan Crawler Crane memerlukan ±2,40 hari. Secara keseluruhan untuk 6 span (54 girder), metode Launcher Gantry memerlukan waktu ±5,68 hari, lebih cepat 61% dibanding metode Crawler Crane (±14,42 hari). Dari sisi biaya, harga satuan erection per girder dengan Launcher Gantry sebesar Rp 2.100.000, sedangkan Crawler Crane Rp 2.673.000. Total biaya erection 54 girder mencapai Rp 1.020.600.000,- untuk Launcher Gantry, lebih murah 21% dibanding Crawler Crane yang mencapai Rp 1.299.078.000,-. Kesimpulannya, metode Launcher Gantry lebih unggul dari segi waktu dan biaya untuk kondisi proyek ini. Pemilihan metode tetap perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi lapangan, ketersediaan peralatan, dan keamanan konstruksi agar hasil optimal dapat tercapai. The construction of toll road infrastructure in Indonesia requires construction methods that are efficient in terms of time and cost. One of the main tasks in toll bridge construction is the erection of Prestressed Concrete I-Girders, which can be carried out using various heavy equipment methods, including Crawler Cranes and Launcher Gantries. This study aims to analyze and compare the two methods on the Jakarta–Cikampek II South Toll Road Package 3 project, Cibeet Bridge STA 32+200, in terms of construction duration and cost. The research method used is a comparative analysis based on field data, including observations of cycle time, equipment productivity, and cost calculations according to the 2024 Bina Marga Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). The scope of the analysis focuses on PCI girder erection work without considering structural design or geotechnical conditions. The research results show that the erection duration for 1 span (9 girders) using a Launcher Gantry is ±0,95 days, while using a Crawler Crane requires ±2,40 days. Overall, for 6 spans (54 girders), the Launcher Gantry method requires approximately 5,68 days, which is 61% faster than the Crawler Crane method (approximately 14,42 days). In terms of cost, the unit price for erection per girder using the Launcher Gantry is Rp 2.100.000,- while the Crawler Crane costs Rp 2.673.000,-. The total erection cost for 54 girders reaches Rp 1.020.600.000 for the Launcher Gantry, which is 21% cheaper than the Crawler Crane, which reaches Rp 1.299.078.000. In conclusion, the Launcher Gantry method is superior in terms of time and cost for this project condition.
