%X Pada pelaksanaan proyek, baik pemilik maupun kontraktor sangat menekankan pentingnya penyelesaian tepat waktu. Namun, keterlambatan proyek masih sering terjadi sehingga diperlukan metode analisis kinerja waktu yang efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko keterlambatan. Pada proyek pembangunan Hotel di Kabupaten Tangerang, terjadi perubahan jadwal akibat pekerjaan ballroom yang memperpanjang durasi dan menyebabkan adanya adendum kontrak. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis kinerja waktu proyek dengan membandingkan data aktual di lapangan dengan rencana awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis variabel dari data observasi lapangan. Proyek direncanakan selesai pada 30 Desember 2025 dengan durasi 532 hari kalender. Analisis dilakukan pada minggu ke-35 dan ke-48 pelaksanaan proyek. Hasil pada minggu ke-35 menunjukkan prediksi penyelesaian proyek menjadi lebih lambat, yakni sekitar 22 Februari 2026. Namun, pada minggu ke-48, proyek diperkirakan lebih cepat selesai, yaitu pada 27 Desember 2025 dimana kontraktor dapat menghemat sebesar 0,564% dari keseluruhan progres rencana yang telah dilaksanakan. 

In project implementation, both owners and contractors place great emphasis on timely completion. However, project delays often occur, necessitating an effective time performance analysis method to minimize the risk of delays. In a hotel construction project in Tangerang Regency, a schedule change occurred due to ballroom construction, which extended the duration and led to a contract addendum. Therefore, a project time performance analysis was conducted by comparing actual field data with the initial plan. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach by analyzing variables from field observation data. The project was scheduled for completion on December 30, 2025, with a duration of 532 calendar days. The analysis was conducted in the 35th and 48th weeks of project implementation. The results in the 35th week showed a slower project completion prediction, namely around February 22, 2026. However, in the 48th week, the project was estimated to be completed earlier, namely on December 27, 2025, where the contractor could save 0.564% of the overall progress of the plan that had been implemented.
