Keterampilan sumber daya manusia juga memegang peranan strategis dan perlu diiringi sebuah strategi pembelajaran untuk peningkatan kompetensi bagi pegawai milenial melalui suatu strategi implementasi yang humanistik sehingga implementasi pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara baik dan prudent. Penelitian ini menganalisis gambaran Business Performance yang meliputi Tuntutan Digitalisasi, Keterampilan Digital Sumber Daya Manusia, Strategi Peningkatan Kompetensi Pegawai Millenial, dan Humanity Learning Program yang mempengaruhinya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 544 kantor cabang induk dan kantor cabang pembantu bank bjb yang menjadi unit analisis sebagai sumber data untuk dilakukan generalisasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin dengan jumlah responden sejumlah 134. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui hubungan korelatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Covariance-Based Structure Equation Model dengan alat statistik yang digunakan adalah AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tuntutan Digitalisasi, Keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Strategi Peningkatan Kompetensi Pegawai Millenial yang dimediasi oleh Humanity Learning Program, secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh kepada Business Performance bank. Implikasi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menjadi dasar premis untuk menyusun kerangka pemikiran dalam penelitian sejenis, dan secara praktis yaitu pentingnya mengoptimalkan strategi experiental learning, optimalisasi pembelajaran skill and attitude, optimalisasi utilitation of technology melalui learning management system, serta implementasi Banking Academy dan Talent Development Program mengingat pengaruhnya yang kuat terhadap Business Performance bank. The banking industry is currently faced with the demands of the digitalization era and the Millennial generation as the majority of employees in the company in managing and making decisions for the continuity of the bank's business. Human resource skills also play a strategic role and need to be accompanied by a learning strategy to improve the competency of millennial employees through a humanistic implementation strategy so that the implementation of learning can run well and prudently. This study analyzes the picture of Business Performance which includes Digitalization Demands, Human Resource Digital Skills, Millennial Employee Competency Improvement Strategies, and Humanity Learning Programs that influence it using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification research types. The study population amounted to 544 main branch offices and sub-branch offices of bank bjb which became the unit of analysis as a data source for generalization. Sampling used the slovin method with a total of 134 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques to determine the correlative relationship in this study used the Covariance-Based Structure Equation Model with the statistical tool used was AMOS. The results of the study indicate that the demands of digitalization, human resource skills, and strategies for improving the competency of millennial employees mediated by the Humanity Learning Program significantly influence the bank's business performance.
