Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) dianggap sebagai strategi yang efektif dalam mencegah kriminalisasi guru di sekolah menengah atas. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi diterapkan, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin penting. Pertama, PKn berfungsi sebagai media untuk mengenalkan siswa kepada isu kriminalisasi guru melalui integrasi materi dalam kurikulum dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang variatif serta kreatif. Kedua, penerapan strategi hidden curriculum yang efektif dalam PKn meningkatkan kesadaran siswa mengenai masalah ini dan mempromosikan pemikiran kritis serta tanggung jawab sosial. Ketiga, efektivitas PKn juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti kualitas guru dan karakter siswa, serta faktor eksternal seperti kurikulum dan dukungan orang tua, yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan kesadaran hukum siswa. Terakhir, PKn di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Bandung berimplikasi signifikan dalam menciptakan suasana sekolah yang aman dan positif, meningkatkan kesadaran hukum, dan membentuk karakter siswa yang lebih menghargai peran guru. Dengan demikian, PKn terbukti menjadi instrumen penting dalam mengurangi pengkriminalisasian terhadap guru dan mendukung pembangunan lingkungan pendidikan yang sehat. This research focuses on the phenomenon of the criminalization of teachers by students in Indonesia and its relevance within the educational context of Bandung City. Civic Education (PKn) is considered an effective strategy to prevent the criminalization of teachers in senior high schools. A qualitative approach utilizing phenomenological methods is applied, employing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings of the study reveal several key points. First, PKn serves as a medium to introduce students to issues surrounding the criminalization of teachers through the integration of material into the curriculum and the use of varied and creative teaching methods. Second, the effective implementation of hidden curriculum strategies within PKn enhances students' awareness regarding this issue and promotes critical thinking and social responsibility. Third, the effectiveness of PKn is also influenced by internal factors, such as the quality of teachers and the character of students, as well as external factors such as curriculum and parental support, all contributing to the development of students' legal awareness. Finally, PKn in senior high schools in Bandung has significant implications for creating a safe and positive school environment, increasing legal awareness, and shaping a student character that respects the role of teachers.
