Tantangan sebelumnya meliputi pemahaman yang terbatas terhadap materi yang disampaikan melalui presentasi PowerPoint, yang menyoroti kebutuhan akan video pendidikan yang lebih sistematis dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi video pendidikan tentang kesehatan fisik sebagai media untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan pernikahan dini di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods) digunakan, menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain quasi-eksperimental satu kelompok Pretest-Posttest. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 50 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes pra-tes dan pasca-tes pilihan ganda serta wawancara. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p lebih kecil dari alpha (0.000 < 0.05). Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa tentang pencegahan pernikahan dini setelah menerima intervensi video pendidikan kesehatan fisik. Penggunaan video sebagai alat pembelajaran secara efektif menarik perhatian siswa, meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka, dan memungkinkan siswa untuk menerapkan konsep kesehatan fisik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Previous challenges included a limited understanding of material delivered via PowerPoint presentations, highlighting the need for a more systematic and engaging educational video. The study aims to analyze the implementation of educational videos on physical health as a medium to enhance knowledge regarding child marriage prevention among junior high school students. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative methods with a quasi-experimental one-group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research involved a population and sample of 50 students. Data collection was conducted through multiple-choice pretests, posttests, and interviews. The hypothesis testing results showed that the p-value was less than alpha (0.000 < 0.05). This result indicates a significant change in students' knowledge about child marriage prevention after receiving the physical health educational video intervention. Using video as a learning tool effectively captured students' attention, resulting in increased knowledge and enabling students to apply physical health concepts in their daily lives.
