Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuaran (mix methode) pada kerangka eksperimen semu dengan pretest-posttest control group design yang melibatkan siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 58 Lubuklinggau sebagai populasi dan sampel, populasi berjumlah 96 siswa dengan sampel 24 untuk kelas eksperimmen dan 24 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Metode mix methode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua tahap explanatory sequential design yang terdiri dari analisis data kuantitatif meliputi meliputi analisis data deskriptif dan analisis data inferensial serta tahap kedua adalah analisis data kualitatif. Kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol masing-masing diberikan pembelajaran materi kalimat matematika, operasi bilangan bulat, keliling dan luas persegi dan Persegi panjang, serta kecepatan jarak dan waktu pada fase C. Intervensi pada kelas eksperimen adalah pembelajaran realistic mathematics education berbantuan e-worksheet dan kelas kontrol diajar melalui model pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir aljabar, tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis, angket efikasi diri , lembar observasi efikasi diri , dan panduan wawancara siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran realistic mathematics education berbantuan e-worksheet lebih baik daripada siswa yang diajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional baik secara keseluruhan maupun kemampuan awal matematika. Pada aspek komunikasi matematis, siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran realistic mathematics education berbantuan e-worksheet menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional secara keseluruhan maupun ditinjau berdasarkan kemampuan awal matematika siswa. Capaian efikasi diri siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran realistic mathematics education berbantuan e-worksheet lebih baik daripada siswa yang diajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional secara keseluruhan dan pada setiap level kemampuan awal matematika. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal matematika terhadap kemampuan berpikir aljabar, komunikasi matematis, dan efikasi diri siswa. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran realistic mathematics education berbantuan e-worksheet dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir aljabar, komunikasi matematis, dan efikasi diri siswa. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the improvement of algebraic thinking skills, mathematical communication and efikasi diri achievement through realistic mathematics education learning assisted by e-worksheets. This study uses a mixed research method (mix method) in a quasi-experimental framework with a pretest-posttest control group design involving grade VI students of SD Negeri 58 Lubuklinggau as the population and sample, The population consisted of 96 students with a sample of 24 for the experimental class and 24 students for the control class. The mix method in this study uses two stages of explanatory sequential design consisting of quantitative data analysis including descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis and the second stage is qualitative data analysis. The experimental class and the control class were each given learning about mathematical sentences, integer operations, circumference and area of squares and rectangles, and speed, distance and time in phase C. The intervention in the experimental class was realistic mathematics education learning assisted by e-worksheets and the control class was taught through a conventional learning model. The research instruments consisted of algebraic thinking ability test instruments, mathematical communication ability tests, efikasi diri questionnaires, efikasi diri observation sheets, and student interview guides. The results of the study showed that the increase in algebraic thinking skills of students taught using realistic mathematics education learning assisted by e-worksheets was better than students taught through conventional learning both overall and in terms of initial mathematical abilities. In terms of mathematical communication, students who received realistic mathematics education learning assisted by e-worksheets showed better mathematical communication skills compared to students who took conventional learning as a whole or when viewed based on students' initial mathematical abilities. The efikasi diri achievement of students taught using realistic mathematics education learning assisted by e-worksheets was better than students taught through conventional learning as a whole and at each level of initial mathematical abilities. Furthermore, the results of the variance analysis showed that there was no interaction effect between the learning model and initial mathematical abilities on students' algebraic thinking skills, mathematical communication, and self-efficacy.
