Perceptions Of The Implementation Of The Teacher Competency Development Program Towards Enhancing Instructional Competence ID - repoupi144915 N2 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Persepsi Program Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru (PKG) PJOK dan kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pedagogis guru dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Program ini diposisikan sebagai upaya strategis dalam memperkuat profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan di tengah tuntutan pembelajaran yang semakin kompleks serta kebutuhan inovasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis, melibatkan 22 guru PJOK di Kabupaten Sumedang sebagai partisipan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dengan penilaian berbasis kriteria pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, penyusunan instrumen evaluasi, pengembangan media ajar, serta penerapan penilaian formatif sesuai kerangka P3K UPI 2024, dilengkapi dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil observasi dianalisis menggunakan skor penilaian, sedangkan data FGD dianalisis secara tematik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak NVivo melalui fitur word cloud, hierarchical diagram, coding diagram, serta triangulasi data. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa PKG PJOK berdampak positif dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru, yang tercermin dari kualitas kinerja pada aspek pengajaran, penyusunan bahan ajar, pengembangan media, dan penilaian hasil belajar. Analisis FGD mengungkap kata-kata dominan seperti ?pembelajaran?, ?anak?, ?sekolah?, ?penilaian?, ?PJOK?, dan ?materi?, dengan tema utama berupa ?Penyesuaian Materi? dan ?Penampilan Mengajar?. Guru juga menunjukkan perhatian terhadap strategi pembelajaran serta adaptasi terhadap paradigma dan teknologi baru, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada kendala berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, objektivitas penilaian, dan beban administratif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PKG PJOK menjadi sarana efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran reflektif, kolaboratif, dan inovatif guru dalam merancang pembelajaran PJOK yang kontekstual dan berpusat pada siswa. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada penguatan pelatihan evaluasi untuk pendampingan individu, peningkatan literasi digital guru melalui evaluasi berkala, serta penataan beban administrasi agar program dapat berjalan lebih optimal. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Teacher Competency Development Program (PKG) in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) and its contribution to improving teachers? pedagogical competence in school learning practices. The program is positioned as a strategic effort to strengthen the professionalism of Physical Education teachers in the midst of increasingly complex learning demands and the need for continuous innovation. This research employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, involving 22 PJOK teachers from Sumedang Regency as participants. Data were collected through observations using criterion-based assessments on lesson planning, evaluation material preparation, learning media development, and the implementation of formative assessment based on the P3K UPI 2024 framework, complemented with Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Observational data were analyzed using a scoring method, while FGD data were thematically analyzed with the support of NVivo software through features such as word clouds, hierarchical diagrams, coding diagrams, and data triangulation. The findings indicate that the PKG PJOK program has a positive impact on enhancing teacher professionalism, as reflected in strong performance in teaching practices, instructional material development, media innovation, and student assessment. The FGD analysis revealed dominant keywords such as ?learning,? ?students,? ?school,? ?assessment,? ?PJOK,? and ?materials,? with ?Material Adjustment? and ?Teaching Performance? identified as key themes. Teachers also emphasized instructional strategies and adaptation to new paradigms and technologies, although challenges such as assessment objectivity, limited resources, and administrative workload remain. The study concludes that the PKG PJOK program provides an effective platform for fostering reflective, collaborative, and innovative awareness among teachers in designing contextual, student-centered physical education learning. Recommendations include strengthening training on assessment for individual mentoring, enhancing teachers? digital literacy through regular evaluations, andmanaging administrative burdens within a strategic framework to optimize program outcomes.
