Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa tes kinerja yang dinilai menggunakan skala Likert. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI Perhotelan yang mengampu pelajaran Housekeeping. Kinerja peserta didik dianalisis berdasarkan lima indikator utama, yaitu membersihkan kamar tamu, mengganti linen dan kelengkapan kamar tamu, memeriksa dan melaporkan kondisi kamar, menangani permintaan tamu, serta mengikuti standar operasional prosedur (SOP) Hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik berada pada kategori sangat kompeten, terutama dalam aspek mengganti linen, pelayanan tamu, dan mengikuti SOP Hotel. Seluruh peserta didik berada di atas nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka telah menguasai keterampilan dasar sebagai Room Attendant. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pelatihan praktik sesuai dengan standar industri perhotelan. This study was conducted because the hospitality industry requires competent workers, so practical learning is very important to improve students' skills with the aim of describing their performance as room attendants in the practice of making beds in vocational schools that focus on hospitality. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with an instrument in the form of a performance test evaluated using a Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 11th grade students major-ing in Hospitality who took Housekeeping courses. Student performance was ana-lyzed based on five main indicators, namely cleaning guest rooms, changing linens and guest room facilities, checking and reporting room conditions, handling guest requests, and following standard operating procedures (SOP) of hotels. The results show that most students are in the highly competent category, especially in chang-ing linens, guest services, and following hotel SOP. All students scored above the Minimum Proficiency Criteria (KKM), indicating that they have mastered the basic skills of a room attendant.
