Saat ini, distribusi pergerakan penumpang di kawasan tersebut belum sepenuhnya optimal, ditandai dengan ketidakseimbangan antara kapasitas layanan dan volume perjalanan. Penelitian ini mengkaji tiga aspek utama: kondisi distribusi pergerakan pada tahun pengamatan 2025, proyeksi distribusi untuk tahun 2045, dan estimasi pemodelan menggunakan perangkat lunak PTV Visum. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis pola aktual, memprediksi pergerakan di masa depan, serta memvisualisasikan distribusi pergerakan berbasis simulasi. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pembentukan Matriks Asal Tujuan (MAT) melalui Metode Furness dan Doubly Constrained Gravity Model (DCGR). Data diperoleh dari survei dan sumber sekunder, kemudian diolah menggunakan PTV Visum untuk menghasilkan visualisasi desire line. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada 2025 total bangkitan dan tarikan masing-masing mencapai 168.603 penumpang, dengan volume tertinggi di Jakarta Selatan (103.606 penumpang) dan terendah di Kota Bekasi (8.072 penumpang). Proyeksi 2045 memperlihatkan peningkatan menjadi 304.332 penumpang, dengan Jakarta Selatan tetap tertinggi (187.044 penumpang) dan Kota Bekasi terendah (14.576 penumpang). Metode Furness memberikan distribusi yang lebih seimbang, sedangkan DCGR unggul dari segi akurasi dengan nilai standar deviasi dan MAPE lebih rendah. Population growth and the intensity of activities in South Jakarta have driven an increase in mobility needs, particularly around Cikoko LRT Station, which serves as an intermodal integration hub. Currently, passenger movement distribution in the area is not yet fully optimized, as evidenced by an imbalance between service capacity and travel volume. This study examines three main aspects: the distribution of movement in the observation year 2025, projections for 2045, and modeling estimates using PTV Visum software. The aim is to analyze actual patterns, predict future movements, and visualize movement distribution based on simulations. The research method is quantitative, involving the creation of a Origin-Destination Matrix (ODM) using the Furness Method and the Doubly Constrained Gravity Model (DCGR).
