This study aims to evaluate and optimize the Quality of Service (QoS) of a LoRa network in an indoor corporate building environment using the drive test method. The research focuses on the third floor, selected for its representative variation in signal quality, including signal strength (RSSI), clarity (SNR), and packet loss rate. Testing was conducted using Milesight EM300-TH sensors and LoRa gateways connected to the TelkomIoT platform. The analysis revealed that approximately 75% of the test points demonstrated good network quality according to TIPHON standards. However, several locations such as Finance WS 1 and Finance WS 3 showed significant signal degradation, with negative SNR values, RSSI below -116 dBm, and packet loss reaching up to 57%. These findings indicate that the combination of RSSI and SNR critically affects network performance and highlight the need for optimization through additional gateways and LoRaWAN parameter adjustments. Overall, the LoRa network is sufficiently capable of supporting IoT communication within the building, but further improvements are necessary in certain areas to ensure reliable and stable connectivity. date: 2025-07-09 date_type: published institution: Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia department: KODEPRODI83201#Pendidikan Teknik Elektro_S1 thesis_type: other thesis_name: other official_url: https://repository.upi.edu related_url_url: https://perpustakaan.upi.edu/ related_url_type: org citation: Sandi Pratama, - and Siscka Elvyanti, - (2025) DRIVE TEST JARINGAN LORA UNTUK MENGOPTIMALKAN QUALITY OF SERVICE (QOS) DI GEDUNG PERUSAHAAN.
