Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus Tunggal. Subjek penelitian meliputi empat kunci informan, terdiri dari satu Head Sales Marketing dan tiga staf yang terdampak langsung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam semi-struktur, dan studi dokumentasi internal. Analisis dilakukan dengan tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan struktur organisasi dan pembagian kerja membawa dampak positif terhadap sistem kerja tim Sales Marketing, khususnya dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip staffing seperti Unity of Command, Logical Assignment, Span of Control, Authority and Power. Namun, mengakibatkan beban kerja yang meningkat, keseimbangan antara kehidupan dengan lingkup kerja dan tanggung jawab. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen pariwisata dalam merancang kebijakan staffing yang adaptif, berbasis data, dan mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan karyawan This study aims to analyze the impact of staffing changes on the application of the principles of Unity of Command, Logical Assignment, Span of Control, and Authority and Power within the Sales Marketing team of Bogor Aquagame. The research employs a qualitative approach using a single case study strategy. The subjects consist of four key informants, including one Head of Sales Marketing and three staff members directly affected by the changes. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth semi-structured interviews, and internal document analysis. The analysis followed the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that changes in organizational structure and task distribution have had a positive impact on the work system of the Sales Marketing team, particularly in the implementation of staffing principles such as Unity of Command, Logical Assignment, Span of Control, and Authority and Power. However, these changes also resulted in increased workloads and challenges in maintaining work-life balance.
