Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video pembelajaran berbahasa Indonesia yang memuat capaian pembelajaran, penjelasan audio, dan visualisasi yang jelas guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan model DDDE (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui uji validasi oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi. Validasi dilakukan secara bertahap hingga media dinyatakan layak. Selain itu, data juga diperoleh dari rancangan storyboard, dokumentasi, dan catatan revisi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dan dinyatakan layak digunakan. Penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, audio narasi yang jelas dan runtut, serta visualisasi yang menarik dinilai mampu mendukung pemahaman siswa terhadap materi cooking method dan dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Students' understanding of cooking methods is still relatively low due to various factors, one of which is the use of video media that generally uses English or only provides background music without detailed explanations. This study aims to develop Indonesian-language video learning media that contains learning outcomes, audio explanations, and clear visualizations to improve student understanding. This study is a research and development study using the DDDE (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate) model. Data collection was carried out through validation tests by experts in the subject matter, media, and language using a research instrument in the form of a validation sheet. Validation was carried out in stages until the media was declared feasible. In addition, data was also obtained from storyboard designs, documentation, and product revision notes. The results of the study show that the developed video learning media has met the feasibility criteria and is declared feasible for use.
