Kondisi ini menuntut adanya resiliensi akademik yang kuat, yaitu kemampuan untuk bertahan, beradaptasi, dan pulih dari kesulitan serta tekanan di lingkungan akademik, guna mencegah hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran resiliensi akademik peserta didik serta merancang layanan dasar untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan desain cross-sectional survey. Responden penelitian adalah 103 peserta didik kelas X dan XI SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School tahun ajaran 2024/2025, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) yang telah dimodifikasi, mengukur aspek ketekunan (perseverance), refleksi dan pencarian bantuan adaptif (reflecting and adaptive help-seeking), serta pengaruh negatif dan respons emosional (negative affect and emotional response). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik memiliki resiliensi akademik pada kategori tinggi, sementara sisanya berada pada kategori sedang, dan tidak ada yang rendah. Hasil penelitian menjadi dasar penyusunan rancangan layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling melalui strategi bimbingan klasikal dan bimbingan kelompok, didukung oleh media board game “Bounce Back”. Rancangan layanan ini telah melalui uji rasional oleh dosen ahli dan guru BK, dan dinyatakan memadai untuk digunakan. Adolescence is a critical developmental stage that is often marked by academic and social challenges. These circumstances require strong academic resilience, which refers to the ability to persist, adapt, and recover from difficulties and pressures within the academic setting, in order to maintain learning continuity and prevent setbacks. This study aims to describe the academic resilience of students and to design a basic guidance service to enhance students’ academic resilience. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and a cross-sectional survey design. The respondents were 103 10th and 11th grade students at SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School in the 2024/2025 academic year, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The instrument used was the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30), which has been modified, to measure the aspects of perseverance, reflecting and adaptive help-seeking, and negative affect and emotional response. The results show that most students demonstrate high academic resilience, while the rest fall into the moderate category, with none in the low category. These findings form the basis for developing a basic guidance and counseling service design that integrates classical guidance and group guidance strategies, supported by the interactive “Bounce Back” board game.
