Fenomena perundungan siber ini kerap terjadi pula terhadap influencer skincare sebagai salah satu pengguna yang tampil secara aktif di media sosial. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji karakteristik dan pemaknaan kalimat ironi pada komentar perundungan, mengidentifikasi karakteristik konten yang mendorong kemunculan perundungan siber, memahami sikap netizen dan dampaknya dalam menggunakan Tiktok serta dampak perundungan siber terhadap influencer skincare. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode netnografi melalui observasi kolom komentar, wawancara mendalam dengan netizen dan influencer serta dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, pertama yaitu komentar ironi yang ditunjukkan memiliki diksi yang bertentangan dengan fakta, terlihat seperti pujian namun mengandung makna negatif dan umumnya mengarah pada kondisi fisik dan kredibilitas ulasan produk. Kedua, konten yang menampilkan penampilan wajah tanpa memenuhi standar kecantikan dominan di masyarakat, ketidaksesuaian ekpektasi penonton, viral diluar lingkaran pengikut atau penggunaan bahasa promosi yang hiperbolis memicu adanya komentar ironi. Ketiga, sikap netizen dalam menanggapi cenderung menolak dengan melaporkan komentar perundungan dan paparan komentar berdampak pada penggunaan media sosial selanjutnya. Keempat, perundungan siber berdampak terhadap aspek psikologis berupa perasaan sedih, kesal dan tidak percaya diri yang berpengaruh pada produktivitas dan aspek sosial influencer skincare berupa hubungan sosial menjadi lebih erat atas dasar kebutuhan dukungan untuk meminimalisir dampak psikologis perundungan siber yang diterima. Implikasi penelitian ini meliputi pentingnya literasi digital, empati dan etika berkomunikasi di media sosial. Perlunya membangun jejaring dukungan sosial dan strategi komunikasi yang lebih hati-hati. Cyberbullying through ironic comments is increasingly prevalent on TikTok, often targeting skincare influencers as active social media users. This study aims to examine the characteristics and meanings of ironic comments, identify content features that trigger cyberbullying, understand netizens’ responses and their impact on TikTok usage, and analyze the effects on skincare influencers. Using a qualitative approach with a netnographic method, data were collected through observation of comment sections, in-depth interviews with netizens and influencers, and documentation. The findings show that ironic comments typically use diction contradicting reality, appearing as praise but containing negative meanings, and are mostly directed toward physical appearance and product review credibility. Content displaying facial appearance that does not align with dominant beauty standards, failing audience expectations, going viral beyond follower circles, or employing exaggerated promotional language tends to provoke such comments. In response, many netizens report or reject bullying comments, while repeated exposure influences their behavior by fostering passivity or caution in using social media. For influencers, the psychological effects include sadness, frustration, and reduced self-confidence, which in turn affect productivity. Socially, stronger relationships may develop due to the need for emotional support in coping with bullying. This study highlights the broader social implications of ironic cyberbullying, underscoring the importance of digital literacy, empathy, and ethical communication.
