Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kebutuhan sumber belajar berupa Modul Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga pada Program Kampung Ramah Lingkungan di Kabupaten Garut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga pada program kampung ramah lingkungan di Kabupaten Garut. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah ADDE (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). Penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan expert judgement. Expert judgement modul pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dilakukan oleh dua orang akademisi, dan dua orang praktisi. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan kepada 4 orang Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Mekargalih, Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, Kabupaten Garut. Hasil penelitian dari lembar validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan dari aspek kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, penyajian, dan kegrafikan/tampilan. Sedangkan hasil penilaian dari lembar respon pengguna medapatkan kesimpulan bahwa modul sangat bermanfaat dari aspek kejelasan materi, aspek tampilan modul, dan aspek kebermanfaatan modul. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan kepada ibu rumah tangga sebagai sumber belajar, kepada fasilitator sebagai media/panduan penyuluhan, dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan materi ke dalam format media yang lebih interaktif seperti video.

ABSCTRACT
The problem in this study stems from the need for learning resources in the form of a Household Waste Management Module in the Environmentally Friendly Village Program in Garut Regency. The purpose of this study is to develop a household waste management module in the environmentally friendly village program in Garut Regency. The research model used is ADDE (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). The data for this study were obtained from interviews, observations, and expert judgment. Expert judgment of the household waste management module was carried out by two academics and two practitioners. A limited trial was conducted on 4 housewives in Mekargalih Village, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. The results of the expert validation sheet showed that the developed module was very suitable for use in terms of content feasibility, language, presentation, and graphics/display. Meanwhile, the assessment results from the user response sheet concluded that the module was very useful in terms of material clarity, module display, and module usability. The research results are recommended to housewives as a learning resource, to facilitators as a media/guide for extension, and to further researchers to develop the material into a more interactive media format such as video.
