Aeronautics. Astronautics description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang e-modul berbasis web yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran DKTO. Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Pada mata pelajaran Dasar Kejuruan Teknik Otomotif (DKTO), pembelajaran masih banyak menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga keterlibatan dan hasil belajar peserta didik belum optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Subjek penelitian adalah 36 peserta didik kelas X TO-3 SMK Karya Pembangunan Baleendah. Penilaian ahli yang di dapat dari validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 78, validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 80 dan penilaian pengguna memperoleh skor rata-rata 80,56 semuanya masuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak. Uji coba terbatas menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 66,83 pada pre-test menjadi 83,00 pada post-test, dengan N-Gain sebesar 0,48 (kategori sedang). Kesimpulannya, e-modul berbasis web yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak dan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran DKTO. This study aims to design a web-based e-module that is feasible and effective for use in learning Basic Automotive Engineering (DKTO). The rapid development of information technology encourages the utilization of digital learning media in Vocational High Schools (SMK). In the DKTO subject, learning still predominantly uses conventional methods, resulting in less-than-optimal student engagement and learning outcomes. This research employed the Research and Development method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research subjects were 30 students of Class X TKRO at SMK Karya Pembangunan Baleendah. The expert assessment obtained from the material expert validation obtained a score of 78, the media expert validation obtained a score of 80 and the user assessment obtained an average score of 80.56, all of which were in the very appropriate category.. A limited trial showed an increase in the average score from 66.83 in the pre-test to 83.00 in the post-test, with an N-Gain of 0.48 (medium category).
