Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Upacara Wuku Taun memuat nilai-nilai civic culture yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun, seperti partisipasi aktif, solidaritas, saling percaya, toleransi, ekualitas, jaringan sosial, dan tradisi berasosiasi. Nilai-nilai tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis civic culture yang dikembangkan sesuai analisis kebutuhan dan kurikulum PPKn. Implementasi LKPD di kelas X SMAN 1 Pangalengan menggunakan strategi cooperative learning dengan metode diskusi kelompok dan gallery walk berjalan efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, keterampilan sosial, dan sikap demokratis. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi meliputi kesiapan guru, antusiasme siswa, dukungan sekolah, serta relevansi materi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan sebagian siswa yang kurang percaya diri dalam diskusi terbuka. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai civic culture dari Upacara Wuku Taun efektif dalam memperkuat karakter kewarganegaraan peserta didik sekaligus menjadi media pelestarian budaya lokal di lingkungan pendidikan formal. This study aims to describe the values of civic culture contained in the Wuku Taun Traditional Ceremony in Cikondang Traditional Village, analyze their utilization in the development of Civic Education learning materials, and examine the integration of these materials into classroom learning. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Wuku Taun Ceremony carries civic culture values that have been inherited from generation to generation, such as active participation, solidarity, mutual trust, tolerance, equality, social networks, and the tradition of association. These values were integrated into Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on civic culture, developed according to learning needs analysis and the Civic Education curriculum. The implementation of these worksheets in Grade X at SMAN 1 Pangalengan, through cooperative learning strategies using group discussions and gallery walk methods, effectively enhanced students' engagement, social skills, and democratic attitudes. Supporting factors included teacher readiness, student enthusiasm, school support, and the relevance of the material to the local environment. Obstacles encountered involved limited instructional time and some students’ lack of confidence in open discussions.
