Fenomena ini diperparah oleh gaya hidup digital, individualisme generasi muda, serta melemahnya interaksi tatap muka. Modal sosial sebagai bentuk sumber daya sosial dinilai krusial dalam mengatasi fragmentasi ini, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di Sekolah Rakyat Ancol serta perannya dalam memperkuat modal sosial siswa, meliputi pembentukan kepercayaan, internalisasi nilai dan norma sosial, serta pengembangan jaringan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan 13 partisipan terpilih secara purposif, terdiri atas siswa anggota Pramuka, pembina, dan pihak sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Pramuka berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun elemen-elemen modal sosial melalui metode pembinaan yang partisipatif, kerja tim, dan pembiasaan nilai kolektif. Efektivitas kegiatan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi siswa, dukungan struktural sekolah, gaya kepemimpinan pembina, keterlibatan orang tua, serta ketersediaan sarana dan lingkungan yang mendukung. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kegiatan Pramuka dapat menjadi strategi alternatif dalam memperkuat modal sosial remaja, terutama di lingkungan sekolah non-konvensional yang memiliki keragaman sosial tinggi. The decline of social values such as trust, solidarity, and cooperation among adolescents has become a serious challenge in character development and social integration. This phenomenon is exacerbated by digital lifestyles, growing individualism among the youth, and weakened face-to-face interactions. Social capital, as a form of social resource, is considered essential to address this fragmentation, particularly in educational settings. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Scouting extracurricular activities at Sekolah Rakyat Ancol and their role in strengthening students' social capital, including the development of trust, internalization of social values and norms, and expansion of social networks. This qualitative research employs a case study method, involving 13 purposively selected participants, consisting of Scout members, Scout leaders, and school representatives. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Scouting activities significantly contribute to the development of social capital through participatory mentoring, teamwork, and reinforcement of collective values. The effectiveness of these activities is influenced by students' motivation, institutional support, leadership style of Scout leaders, parental involvement, and the availability of supporting infrastructure.
