Self-efficacy yang rendah dapat menghambat kemampuan siswa dalam mengambil keputusan, memecahkan masalah, dan mencapai tujuan belajar. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy adalah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving, dirancang untuk melatih siswa dapat berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan sistematis dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menggambarkan tingkat self-efficacy siswa SMAN 1 Rancaekek dan merancang layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan instrumen Self-Efficacy yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan Rasch Model. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1.351 siswa, dengan sampel menggunakan teknik quota sampling sebanyak 286 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat self-efficacy siswa berada pada kategori sedang, tinggi, dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dirumuskan rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik problem solving. Rancangan ini memanfaatkan dinamika kelompok untuk mendorong siswa mengidentifikasi masalah, menganalisis penyebab, merumuskan alternatif solusi, memilih strategi terbaik, dan mengevaluasi hasil. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving layak digunakan sebagai strategi intervensi untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy siswa SMA. The low level of self-efficacy among some high school students affects their confidence in facing academic and social challenges. Low self-efficacy can hinder students' ability to make decisions, solve problems, and achieve learning goals. One effort to improve self-efficacy is through group counseling services using problem-solving techniques, designed to train students to think critically, creatively, and systematically when addressing problems. This study aims to describe the level of self-efficacy among students at SMAN 1 Rancaekek and to design a group counseling service using problem-solving techniques to enhance self-efficacy. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and used the Self-Efficacy instrument, which has been tested for validity and reliability using the Rasch Model. The study population consisted of 1,351 students, with a sample of 286 students selected using quota sampling. The results showed that students' self-efficacy levels were categorized as moderate, high, and low. Based on these findings, a group counseling service design using problem-solving techniques was formulated. This design leverages group dynamics to encourage students to identify problems, analyze causes, formulate alternative solutions, choose the best strategy, and evaluate outcomes.
