Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis teknik mindfulness guna mengembangkan self awareness peserta didik kelas X di SMAN 2 Cimahi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebarkan instrumen self awareness kepada seluruh peserta didik kelas X, sebanyak 430 siswa. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat self awareness peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, Rancangan layanan disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan yang teridentifikasi dari hasil asesmen dan disesuaikan dengan standar layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA. Layanan ini menggunakan strategi teknik mindfulness. Diharapkan melalui layanan ini, peserta didik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap diri sendiri, mengelola emosi secara lebih sehat, dan mengambil keputusan yang bijak dalam kehidupan akademik maupun sosial. Self awareness is an essential skill that supports the personal and social development of students. It includes the ability to recognize emotions, assess oneself objectively, and build realistic self confidence. This study aims to design a guidance and counseling service based on mindfulness techniques to enhance the self awareness of Grade X students at SMAN 2 Cimahi. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing a self-awareness instrument to all 430 Grade X students. The results showed that, in general, the students' level of self-awareness was categorized as moderate. The service design was developed based on the needs identified from the assessment results and aligned with the standards of guidance and counseling services at the senior high school level. This service applies mindfulness-based strategies.
