Fenomena tersebut didukung dengan studi pendahuluan yang diperoleh bahwa pernikahan di usia muda masih sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan gambaran mengenai kesiapan menikah peserta didik serta program bimbingan yang sesuai guna membantu peserta didik mengembangkan kesiapan menikah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui instrumen kuesioner kesiapan menikah dengan mengadaptasi teori Robert O. Blood yang dikembangkan oleh Badger. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 552 peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Tanjungsiang. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan menikah peserta didik mayoritas berada pada kategori "siap" menikah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kelas XI secara umum memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang baik. Kesiapan menikah memiliki dua aspek yaitu aspek kesiapan pribadi dengan indikator kematangan emosi, kesiapan usia, kematangan sosial, kesehatan emosi, kesiapan model peran, serta aspek kesiapan situasi dengan indikator kesiapan finansial dan kesiapan waktu. Program bimbingan dirancang untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kesiapan menikah peserta didik sebagai bekal di masa yang akan datang, yang mana telah dilakukan uji konseptual oleh ahli dan praktisi. The phenomenon of early marriage among adolescents is the background for this study, one example of which occurred in the Tanjungsiang area of Subang Regency. This phenomenon is supported by preliminary studies showing that early marriage still occurs frequently. This study aims to identify and describe the readiness of students to marry and the appropriate guidance programs to help students develop their readiness to marry. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with a survey technique through a marriage readiness questionnaire adapted from Robert O. Blood's theory developed by Badger. The research participants consisted of 552 eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Tanjungsiang. The research findings showed that the majority of students' readiness for marriage was in the "ready" category. This indicates that eleventh-grade students generally have a good level of readiness. Marriage readiness has two aspects: personal readiness, with indicators such as emotional maturity, age readiness, social maturity, emotional health, and role model readiness; and situational readiness, with indicators such as financial readiness and time readiness.
