%X ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan dalam keterampilan kerja sederhana, terutama ketika dihadapkan pada tuntutan dunia kerja nyata. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah belum tersedianya program terstruktur yang memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam konteks kerja sesungguhnya, seperti di lingkungan toko sayur tradisional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang program keterampilan kerja yang relevan dengan kebutuhan anak melalui kegiatan magang di traditional vegetable shop untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mereka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas XII di SLBN A Citeureup Cimahi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket validasi ahli. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan draft program, validasi ahli, dan revisi program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program keterampilan kerja yang mencakup kegiatan seperti menyapu, mengepel, mengelap rak sayur, menata sayuran, membuang sampah, dan mengembalikan alat kebersihan dinilai layak oleh para ahli. Program ini relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa serta sesuai dengan tuntutan lingkungan kerja nyata. Kesimpulannya, rancangan program ini berpotensi membantu anak dengan hambatan kecerdasan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sederhana. Implikasinya, sekolah dapat memanfaatkan program ini sebagai model pembelajaran vokasional berbasis magang di lingkungan kerja, dan penelitian lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk menguji efektivitasnya melalui implementasi langsung. ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the limitations of children with intellectual disabilities in simple work skills, especially when faced with the demands of the real world of work. The main problem faced is the lack of structured programs that provide direct experience in a real work context, such as in a traditional vegetable shop environment. The purpose of this study is to design a work skills program that is relevant to the needs of children through internships at traditional vegetable shops to improve their work readiness. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. The research subjects are mildly mentally disabled students in grade XII at SLBN A Citeureup Cimahi. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and expert validation questionnaires. The research stages included needs analysis, program draft preparation, expert validation, and program revision. The results showed that the job skills program, which included activities such as sweeping, mopping, wiping vegetable shelves, arranging vegetables, disposing of trash, and returning cleaning tools, was deemed feasible by experts. This program was relevant to the students' needs and in line with the demands of the real work environment. In conclusion, this program design has the potential to help children with intellectual disabilities improve their basic work skills. As a result, schools can utilize this program as a model for vocational learning based on internships in the workplace, and further research is recommended to test its effectiveness through direct implementation.
