Pada Perpustakaan Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung, pelaksanaan promosi konvensional melalui media cetak maupun media sosial belum mampu mencapai tingkat optimal, sehingga akses informasi perpustakaan masih terbatas. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan terhadap pengembangan media promosi yang lebih efektif dan informatif. Salah satu alternatif solusi adalah perancangan e-booklet interaktif yang berperan tidak hanya sebagai pedoman penggunaan layanan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana promosi yang menyajikan informasi perpustakaan secara sistematis, komprehensif, mudah diakses, dan menyajikan unsur interaktivitas kepada pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development dengan enam tahapan penelitian. Partisipan terdiri atas ahli media dan ahli informasi sebagai pakar produk, serta mahasiswa Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung sebagai pengguna produk. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan skala likert dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-booklet memperoleh penilaian dalam kategori yang ‘sangat baik’ oleh seluruh partisipan, baik dari ahli media, ahli informasi, dan para pengguna. E-Booklet layak digunakan sebagai media promosi dan telah memenuhi standar mutu buku digital, kualitas informasi, serta efektivitas promosi di Perpustakaan Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan selanjutnya, khususnya terkait dengan keragaman media (multimedia) yang disajikan dalam produk dimasa mendatang. The development of digital technology requires libraries to continuously innovate in providing adaptive and easily accessible services to users. At the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Library, conventional promotion through print media and social media has not been able to reach an optimal level, so access to library information is still limited. This condition indicates the need for the development of more effective and informative promotional media. One alternative solution is the design of an interactive e-booklet that serves not only as a guide to using the services but also as a promotional tool that presents library information in a systematic, comprehensive, and easily accessible manner, while also providing interactivity for users. This study used the Design and Development method with six stages of research. Participants consisted of media and information experts as product experts, as well as students from the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic as product users. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data obtained was analysed using a Likert scale and described descriptively. The results showed that the e-booklet received a “very good” rating from all participants, including media experts, information experts, and users. The e-booklet is suitable for use as a promotional medium and meets the quality standards for digital books, information quality, and promotional effectiveness at the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Library.
