Pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru masih didominasi metode konvensional berupa ceramah dan latihan tertulis, dengan penggunaan media konkret yang terbatas dan tidak terstruktur. Hal ini menyebabkan peserta didik kesulitan mengaitkan angka dengan objek nyata serta kurang termotivasi dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning pada materi bilangan 1 sampai 10 bagi peserta didik tunagrahita ringan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik tunagrahita ringan di Sekolah Luar Biasa G YBMU Baleendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning memperoleh penilaian sangat layak dari para ahli. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig sebesar 0.042 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Persentase N-Gain sebesar 57.95% yang menunjukkan kategori “Cukup Efektif”. Dengan demikian, modul ajar berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning layak dan cukup efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya konsep bilangan 1 sampai 10 bagi peserta didik tunagrahita ringan. Students with mild intellectual disabilities still have difficulty in understanding the concept of numbers 1 to 10. The learning conducted by teachers is still dominated by conventional methods in the form of lectures and written exercises, with the use of limited and unstructured concrete media. This causes students to have difficulty in associating numbers with real objects and are less motivated in learning. This study aims to develop a teaching module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning on the material of numbers 1 to 10 for students with mild intellectual disabilities. The research method used is development research with the ADDIE model. The subjects of the study were students with mild intellectual disabilities at G YBMU Baleendah Special School. The results showed that the teaching module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning received a very decent assessment from experts. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed an Asymp. Sig value of 0.042 which is smaller than 0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. The N-Gain percentage was 57.95% which indicates the category of "Quite Effective".
