"Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji tingkat kinerja pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung. Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu elemen terpenting dalam memastikan kualitas pelayanan publik. Banyak faktor dapat memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, namun penelitian ini difokuskan pada lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas pertama dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel bebas kedua.\r\nTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai tingkat lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pegawai secara parsial pada kelurahan se- Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan.\r\nMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler yang berjumlah 74 orang, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t untuk mengukur pengaruh secara parsial dan uji F untuk mengukur pengaruh secara simultan.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.\r\n\r\nThis research focuses on examining the level of employee performance in urban villages within Bojongloa Kaler District, Bandung City. Employee performance is one of the most crucial elements in ensuring the quality of public services. Many factors can influence employee performance; however, this study focuses on the work environment as the first independent variable and work discipline as the second independent variable.\r\nThe purpose of this research is to describe the levels of work environment, work discipline, and employee performance individually in the urban villages of Bojongloa Kaler District. In addition, this study aims to analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and the simultaneous effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance.\r\nThe research method used is descriptive and verificative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all urban village employees in Bojongloa Kaler District, totaling 74 individuals, so the sampling technique used is the census method. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis techniques employed include descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test to measure the partial effects and the F- test to measure the simultaneous effects.\r\nThe results of the study show that the work environment has a negative effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, and both work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance."^^ .
