Fenomena rendahnya kedisiplinan di lingkungan pendidikan mendorong perlunya strategi pembinaan berbasis komunikasi yang ramah anak. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi guru dalam membangun karakter disiplin anak usia dini di TK IT Al-Furqon Kota Tasikmalaya, serta menganalisis keterkaitannya dengan perkembangan perilaku disiplin anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan kombinasi simbol bahasa lisan dan bahasa tubuh untuk menanamkan nilai disiplin, disertai pembiasaan dan keteladanan. Strategi ini terbukti efektif membentuk disiplin internal anak, yang ditandai dengan kepatuhan terhadap aturan, tanggung jawab, dan keterampilan mengatur diri. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa pola komunikasi guru yang empatik, konsisten, dan berbasis keteladanan merupakan faktor kunci dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin anak usia dini. This study is motivated by the crucial role of teachers in fostering early childhood discipline through effective communication patterns. The phenomenon of low discipline in educational settings highlights the need for child-friendly, communication-based strategies. The research aims to describe teachers’ communication patterns in developing early childhood discipline at TK IT Al- Furqon, Tasikmalaya, and to analyze their relationship with the children’s disciplinary behavior development. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers employ a combination of verbal and body language symbols to instill discipline, supported by habituation and role modeling. This strategy effectively fosters children’s internal discipline, as indicated by compliance with rules, responsibility, and self-regulation skills.
