%X Perancangan apartemen menjadi solusi hunian vertikal di Kota Bandung yang menghadapi keterbatasan lahan dan pertumbuhan penduduk pesat. Dengan kepadatan 14.847 jiwa/km² dan backlog hunian mencapai 180.000 unit, apartemen menawarkan efisiensi lahan 1:10 dibandingkan perumahan horizontal. Fokus penelitian adalah memenuhi kebutuhan Generasi Z dan Milenial (60% penduduk) yang menunjukkan preferensi signifikan terhadap apartemen berdasarkan faktor kepraktisan, keamanan, dan prestise. Perancangan di Kecamatan Sukajadi dipilih karena lokasi strategis yang mendukung mobilitas tinggi. Tujuan utama adalah menciptakan hunian yang memaksimalkan lahan, memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik penghuni, dan mengaplikasikan prinsip arsitektur kontemporer untuk menghasilkan hunian modern sesuai gaya hidup urban saat ini.

The design of apartments has become a vertical housing solution in Bandung City, which faces land limitations and rapid population growth. With a density of 14,847 people/km² and a housing backlog reaching 180,000 units, apartments offer land efficiency of 1:10 compared to horizontal housing. The research focus is on meeting the needs of Generation Z and Millennials (60% of the population) who show significant preferences for apartments based on factors of practicality, security, and prestige. The design in Sukajadi District was chosen because of its strategic location that supports high mobility. The main objective is to create housing that maximizes land use, meets the specific needs of residents, and applies contemporary architectural principles to produce modern housing suitable for today's urban lifestyle.
