Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan akan infrastruktur seni yang memadai semakin meningkat dan persebarannya belum merata, khususnya dalam bentuk pusat seni pertunjukan. Jakarta Utara sebagai kawasan wisata pesisir memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan pusat seni pertunjukan yang ikonik dan berdaya tarik tinggi. Namun, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya fasilitas pertunjukan seni yang representatif, fleksibel, dan responsif terhadap lingkungan alam sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pusat seni pertunjukan yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ruang ekspresi seni, tetapi juga mampu menarik wisatawan serta memperkaya pengalaman budaya di kawasan Jakarta Utara. Konsep arsitektur organik diterapkan dalam perancangan guna menciptakan desain yang harmonis dengan lingkungan, mengoptimalkan kenyamanan pengunjung, serta meningkatkan keberlanjutan bangunan. Metode perancangan yang digunakan mencakup studi literatur, observasi lapangan, pengumpulan data melalui survei, serta analisis tapak, programatik ruang, dan bentuk bangunan. Hasil perancangan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pusat seni pertunjukan yang responsif terhadap lingkungan pesisir, memiliki daya tarik tinggi, serta menjadi ikon seni budaya yang berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dan pariwisata di Jakarta Utara. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip arsitektur organik dalam desain bangunan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan infrastruktur seni di Indonesia yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Art in Indonesia has a rich and diverse meaning, reflecting the cultural richness of various tribes and ethnicities. Along with the development of the era, the need for adequate arts infrastructure is increasing and its distribution is not evenly distributed, especially in the form of performing arts centers. North Jakarta as a coastal tourism area has great potential for the development of iconic and highly attractive performing arts centers. However, the main problem faced is the lack of representative, flexible, and responsive performing arts facilities to the surrounding natural environment. This study aims to design a performing arts center that not only functions as a space for artistic expression, but is also able to attract tourists and enrich the cultural experience in the North Jakarta area. The concept of organic architecture is applied in the design to create a design that is harmonious with the environment, optimizes visitor comfort, and improves the sustainability of the building. The design methods used include literature studies, field observations, data collection through surveys, and site analysis, space programmatic, and building form. The design results are expected to produce a performing arts center that is responsive to the coastal environment, has high appeal, and becomes an icon of arts and culture that contributes to the development of the creative economy and tourism in North Jakarta.
