Rendahnya kemampuan asertif berpotensi menimbulkan penurunan rasa percaya diri, meningkatkan kecemasan, serta membuka peluang terjadinya bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian bertujuan menyusun strategi bimbingan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan asertif pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik kemampuan asertif siswa dalam hal mengungkapkan pendapat, menolak ajakan, dan mempertahankan hak yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor jenis kelamin. Selain itu, penelitian menghasilkan strategi bimbingan asertif melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok yang disusun secara sistematis mencakup tujuan layanan, materi, metode, langkah pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Strategi yang dirumuskan memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai upaya pengembangan keterampilan asertif pada siswa sekolah dasar serta dapat menjadi referensi praktis bagi pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling di sekolah. ABSTRACT Assertiveness skills play an important role for elementary school students because they are related to the ability to express opinions, refuse invitations, and defend rights without harming others. Low assertiveness skills can potentially lead to decreased self-confidence, increased anxiety, and increased opportunities for bullying in the school environment. The study aims to develop guidance strategies to develop assertiveness skills in elementary school students. The study employs a qualitative approach using case study methodology, with data collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations in the field. The results reveal that students' assertive skills in expressing opinions, refusing invitations, and defending their rights are influenced by gender factors. Additionally, the study produced assertive counseling strategies through systematic group counseling services, including service objectives, materials, methods, implementation steps, and evaluation.
