Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi daya tarik wisata, memetakan kuliner legendaris, menganalisis peran stakeholder dalam pengembangannya, serta menyusun pemetaan digital dan pola perjalanan wisata kuliner legendaris di Kota Cimahi. Landasan konseptual penelitian mengacu pada teori sistem pariwisata Leiper, konsep wisata kuliner, daya tarik wisata 6A Morrison, kuliner legendaris, model kolaborasi Stakeholder, pemetaan digital, serta teori pola perjalanan wisata Lew \& McCarcher. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner, serta analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles \& Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cimahi memiliki beberapa destinasi kuliner legendaris yang memenuhi unsur daya tarik wisata, dan pemetaan digital yang dihasilkan memvisualisasikan persebaran kuliner legendaris serta mempermudah wisatawan dalam merencanakan kunjungan. Selain itu, pola perjalanan wisata kuliner yang tersusun mampu mengarahkan wisatawan dalam mengeksplorasi destinasi kuliner secara lebih efisien. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi stakeholder dalam mendukung pengembangan wisata kuliner serta memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi promosi digital dan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Legendary culinary heritage is a vital part of a region's cultural identity, including in Cimahi City, which is home to a wide variety of traditional foods that have existed for generations. However, the full potential of this culinary richness remains underdeveloped due to limited promotion, lack of digital information, and insufficient multi-stakeholder involvement. This study aims to explore the potential of Cimahi's legendary culinary assets, analyze their tourism appeal, understand the role of the Stakeholder model in their development, conduct digital mapping, and design suitable culinary tourism travel patterns. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, literature review, and questionnaires. The study involved 65 participants representing government, businesses, communities, academia, media, and tourists. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Cimahi possesses a culturally and historically rich culinary legacy, yet faces challenges in terms of promotion and coordination among stakeholders. Digital mapping and well-designed culinary travel itineraries can enhance tourist engagement with local cuisine.
