Employee performance merupakan salah satu elemen terpenting untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan. Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi employee performance, namun dalam penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada faktor quality of work life sebagai variabel bebas dan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai tingkat quality of work life, job satisfaction, dan employee performance secara parsial pada karyawan PT. Rudolf Chemicals Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life terhadap job satisfaction, pengaruh quality of work life terhadap employee performance, pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap employee performance, serta pengaruh quality of work life terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Rudolf Chemicals Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 137 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 102 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis verifikatif, uji asusmsi klasik, analisis korelasi, dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Selain itu, uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung secara parsial dan uji sobel untuk mengukur pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, serta quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Additionally, this study aims to analyze the impact of quality of work life on job satisfaction, the impact of quality of work life on employee performance, the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as the effect of quality of work life on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research method used is a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of 137 individuals, with a sample of 102 individuals selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical techniques employed include descriptive analysis, verificative analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, and path analysis In addition, hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test to measure the partial direct effect and the Sobel test to measure the indirect effect through the mediating variable.
