Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan sosial melalui pembelajaran seni tari, khususnya kerjasama antar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa, terlihat dari peningkatan partisipasi, rasa tanggung jawab, saling menghargai, dan keterampilan bekerja dalam kelompok selama proses latihan tari. Dengan demikian, metode tutor sebaya dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kerjasama siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tari. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the peer tutoring method in improving students’ cooperation skills in dance extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 3 Pangalengan. The background of this research is based on the importance of developing social skills through dance learning, particularly in fostering collaboration among students. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the application of peer tutoring enhances students’ cooperation skills, as shown by the improvement in participation, responsibility, mutual respect, and group work abilities during dance practice.
